Our everyday Kagoshima sencha, from standard up to Premium Chiran Single Estate. Kagoshima is known for deep-steamed (fukamushi) sencha — a longer steam breaks the leaf down further, so the cup pours out darker green and tastes rounder and less sharp than a light-steamed tea. This is the range to drink daily rather than save for guests.
