Kagoshima sits at the southern tip of Kyushu, where volcanic ash soil from Sakurajima and a warm maritime climate give Japan its earliest tea harvest of the year. Every matcha below — ceremonial, culinary and bulk — is stone-ground from single-origin Kagoshima leaf that we buy directly from the farm.
